The Materials you receive during our services are property of DWM Training and are not to be duplicated or reused without prior written consent.
Terms of Service
*24 Hour Notice for cancellation is required or charges may occur.
Registered students agree to comply with the following terms & conditions of this training class:
The health & safety of each student is our first priority.
This training class requires your full attention and physical participation.
You must inform the instructor if you feel your personal safety is at risk, or if you are aware the safety of any other person in this class is at risk.
Alcohol or drug impairment is a violation and is grounds for dismissal from this training class.
Harassment, bullying or violence is not tolerated; an offending person will be dismissed from this training class.
Your training certificate will be emailed to your employer if your employer had purchased this training class.
You will not receive a training certificate if you are dismissed from this class or if you score below 70% on the written exam and 80% on operator evaluation.
Your employer will be notified if you have been dismissed from this class if your employer had purchased this training class.
Please switch your mobile devices to vibrate mode, do not disturb the class with internet surfing, texting or talking on the phone.
Photographs and/or video footage may be captured during this training class by the instructor; the media is an excellent resource for improving the training class, for quality assurance and for showing clients the benefits of “hands on” practical training. Students are welcomed to capture photographs and video footage in a safe manner and in accordance with the worksite regulations.
Your participation may include but is not limited to: being present in a construction site or worksite, exposure to weather, wearing PPE or specialty PPE, handling materials, handling hazardous materials, handling tools, operating machinery, operating mobile equipment and executing a mock rescue drill.
